Condor is a small but resilient kingdom nestled between the Swanveil River in the north and the Swampridge Mountains in the south. Ruled by the royal family from their seat in Kingsfell, the land maintains a strict and orderly society through a close alliance with the Extrajudicus Church. Together, they work to keep witchcraft and corruption at bay, ensuring the realm remains pure. Yet one threat cannot be contained: their cursed stretch of land where undead and restless spirits still wander freely, a haunting reminder that not all evils can be purged.

In This World:

The Waykeepers

The Waykeepers are a selfless organization set to help the people around them. Unlike other organizations, membership is not restricted by birth, wealth, or nationality—anyone who swears to help others may wear the Waykeepers emblem.

They are scouts, guardians, medics etc.—often the first to answer calls for help when disaster strikes on the road. Because they operate openly and without heavy political ties, they are widely trusted by common folk, though some rulers find their independence inconvenient.

The Merchants Guild

The largest and most influential trading guild, controlling a vast web of caravans, ships, warehouses, and trade routes They present themselves as the lifeblood of civilization—without their work, cities would starve, kingdoms would fall, and markets would collapse.

While most see them as respectable, their sheer power makes them just as dangerous as any crime syndicate. They can bankrupt a kingdom simply by closing its trade gates.

The Ebon Chain

A powerful and feared criminal syndicate that operates across city-states, trade hubs, and borderlands. Its name comes from its belief that loyalty is an unbreakable chain, each member a "link". Breaking the chain is the ultimate betrayal—punishable by death.

They present themselves as "necessary evil" in society—offering "protection", settleing disputes, moving goods other cant, and making sure that power and wealth flow through their hands
